The WNC is a community focused netball club that is committed to providing an inclusive, safe and enjoyable playing environment.
WNC strives for success both on and off the court. We aim to provide a program that offers opportunities for all members (players, coaches, umpires & spectators) to increase greater participation in netball.
WNC aims to contribute to the education and personal development of our members based on our key club values.

Short term goals
• Ensure coaches hold the appropriate Netball SA coaching accreditations
• Resurface our netball courts by the end of 2025 – achieved
• Continue to build on player development and retention, in particular our junior program – achieved
• Enhancing our junior sub-committee
• Premiership flag in 2024 – achieved
Long term goals
• Relocation and addition of extra courts
• New or upgraded club rooms
• Premierships across both senior and junior grades in the same year
Planning and Commitment
• Applying for grants to access additional funding for training or upgrades
• Listening to feedback from all members




Our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching and it’s going to be a good one. We have all positions available for nomination, so now is your opportunity to seriously consider if you want to be apart of making it happen for Willaston Netball Club in season 2026 … and beyond!
If you are interested in a role and want to know more about what’s involved, we highly encourage you to reach out to our Exisiting Committee for more information and flag your intentions.
To further help your considerations, here are some role descriptions for each position providing some context on what we like to see from our Committee Members.
Yes - these are all Volunteer Roles! but this guide is what we need to make sure our multifaceted club is a success.
Minimum requirement is your commitment, time, initiative and club passion. Ticking these boxes is the best foundation for setting us all up for success heading into season 2026.
Consider the possibilities, take action and bring a positive vibe. We got this!
