Our second round of Buddy Round is here…. where our senior and junior teams come together to build connection, confidence, and club spirit.
This week our senior players will be jumping in to support, mentor, and cheer on their junior buddies at training and game day. And we absolutely love seeing our juniors return the favour by backing their senior teams on game day. It’s the kind of club culture that makes Willaston so strong.

GAME DAY! Round 15
After a week of rest we are back, fired up and ready to take on Kapunda at Kapunda.
With thermals and wetsuits a necessity ☔️ 🥶 but that won’t stop us….
📣 As we’re away there will be no netball awards tonight. If you’d like to continue supporting the club, the Willaston Football Club will be open, so feel free to head back there after your game.
Let’s give it a bit crack today. Good luck to all our teams. Play hard and let’s get the W 💪

✨Milestone Celebration✨
200 of the best, for one of the best!
Congratulations to a Donnybrook Icon.
Krystal has taken the scenic route to clock this bad boy, but it’s one journey she can look back on a smile from ear to ear. In between all the memories, the laughs, the sweat and the happy tears, her grit and determination to pull on the red dress and continue playing the game she absolutely loves is the true winner.
Not only a lean mean defending machine on court, but Krystal is the definition of what being a team girl, club person and a Friend to all, is all about.
Everyone here at Willaston couldn’t be more proud of this achievement for you, well done! And as someone cool once said - I didn’t say it would be easy, I only said it will be worth it.
Here’s Cheers 🥂 to you, to 200 more, your court prowess and love you give back to us each and every day!

Today we pause to remember our beloved Louise (Lou) Palk on the first anniversary of her tragic passing.
Lou's presence is very much still deeply missed across the Willaston Football, Netball and Cricket Club community.
She gave so much of herself to our club, her family and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She will always be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, dedication and selflessness as well as her contagious laugh and sense of homour.
Whether she was volunteering, playing, coaching or supporting others, Lou embodied the true spirit of the Donnybrook.
As we remember Lou today, we also hold Nigel, Riley, Alastair, Cameron and the entire Palk family close in our thoughts, and we thank them for sharing such an incredible person with our community.
Forever in our hearts, forever part of our club.

A round for celebrating and recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their culture, heritage, and to foster inclusive participation in sport and engagement with our communities. We continue to proudly wear the Collaborative Art piece designed by Pat Caruso, proud East Arrernte man.
