Elliott Riessen – Double Hat‑Trick Magic🏏🔴🔵

Congratulations to Elliott Riessen, who produced something truly special on Friday night in the Under 10s.
Elliott finished with the incredible figures of 3 overs, 8 wickets for 8 runs, an outstanding performance at any level.

This spell included one of the best overs we’ve ever seen from a young Willaston cricketer: 6 wickets in a single over, featuring a double hat‑trick made up of Bowled, Direct‑hit run out, Bowled, Bowled, Bowled, Bowled.

A brilliant effort and a moment Elliott will remember for a long time. Well done, Elliott! 🏏🔴🔵

Weekend Cricket Update

Unfortunately the weather has played havoc with cricket this weekend, causing disruptions across all grades.

- A5s finished third and, with the washout, didn’t get the chance to play off for their spot in the Grand Final. A tough way to end the season after all their hard work 💔

- A3s finished second, their semi-final was washed out, which sends them straight through to the Grand Final next weekend. A well‑earned reward for a strong and consistent season.

- A2s finished top. Their match was washed out yesterday, but they’re back on today playing a one‑day game for their place in the Grand Final.

It's a big game on at Willaston Oval, get down and support the A Grade as they fight for their spot in the big dance! 🏏🔴🔵

Weekend Cricket Upda

Our Under 10s wrapped up their season on Friday night at Gawler Oval in a humid battle against Gawler Central. They bookended their year perfectly, winning both their first and last games of the season 🏏🔴🔵

Well done to our Under 10s on a great season and the improvement they’ve shown each week. Proud of you all!
