Our Annual WFC Women's Guernsey Presentations were held last night 🟥🟦
A great night to celebrate our players, and the honour and pride that comes with donning the mighty Willaston Football Club guernsey
From humble beginnings in 2017, our Women's/Girls teams continue to go from strength to strength. Once again fielding strong teams in all grades of the competition, many players returning for their second, third, fourth, fifth year of footy or more, plus so many new players - welcome to the Donnybrooks family 🙂

Willaston’s lead up to Gather Round last week was about Talkin Tough with Ben and Mike! Focussing on mental health, resilience and wellbeing for all teams including Men’s and Women’s Football and Netball and a session for the community too! 9 sessions across 3 days thanks to all those who participated.
This program was made possible by funding from Rural Health Innovation Fund (RHIF); supported by Country SA PHN and Preventive Health SA

The SA Football Facilities Fund is a joint initiative of the SANFL, AFL and the South Australian Government to create welcoming and inclusive facilities for SA football communities.
We are thrilled to announce that our grant application to the SAFFF was successful and will go towards the purchase of much-needed goal netting at both goal ends!
This will increase safety to spectators, pedestrians and cars aswell to enhance the player and spectator experience, and further demonstrates our commitment to providing modernised, enhanced facilities for our entire Donnybrook community!
Sincere thanks go to Karen Redman, Mayor, Town of Gawler, the BLGFA, and the Willaston Cricket Club for supporting our application.

One will be at Kapunda Oval & the other at the Central District Football Club at Elizabeth.
The clinics are aimed at boys & girls aged 5-14.
