Thanks to Kelly Woods from Strength at Ease, for changing the pace Thursday night and introducing yoga flow and stretches for the 1/2 squad.
Strength with Ease is a little Yoga, Pilates & Fitness studio on Sunnyvale Drive, Gawler East running a variety of classes through out the week and on weekends. Reach out them if you would like to book a class or know more.

Let’s kick the season off right!
Join us for our first club social of the year, featuring two of our amazing sponsors @exchangegawler and @kingsfordhotel.gawler
We’ll start with lunch and first drinks at 12pm at The Exchange, then stroll down Main Street with a few stops along the way.
📅 Saturday April 11 (AFL Gather Round)
🕛 12pm start – The Exchange Gawler
📍 Stops include Bushies, the PA, finishing at The Kingsford
Come for the whole day or just pop in along the way!
Last year was an absolute cracker, and it’s a great chance to catch up, meet new faces, and support our club sponsors.
