Our Vision

Vision & Mission Statement 

The WNC is a community focused netball club that is committed to providing an inclusive, safe and enjoyable playing environment.

WNC strives for success both on and off the court. We aim to provide a program that offers opportunities for all members (players, coaches, umpires & spectators) to increase greater participation in netball.

WNC aims to contribute to the education and personal development of our members based on our key club values.

Short term goals

• Ensure coaches hold the appropriate Netball SA coaching accreditations

Resurface our netball courts by the end of 2025 – achieved 

Continue to build on player development and retention, in particular our junior program – achieved 

• Enhancing our junior sub-committee 

Premiership flag in 2024 – achieved 

Long term goals

• Relocation and addition of extra courts

• New or upgraded club rooms

• Premierships across both senior and junior grades in the same year

Planning and Commitment 

• Applying for grants to access additional funding for training or upgrades

• Listening to feedback from all members
