Preseason Done Right 💪🔥
Our Senior 1 & 2 squad were incredibly lucky to have Chris Somer from @chrisperformancecoach lead their preseason over the past 7 weeks.
Tuesdays meant gym sessions at Benefitness at Fairview Park, and Thursdays were all about court fitness — and what a block it’s been!
Chris, it’s been amazing working with you. Thank you for your dedicated sessions and the intensity you’ve brought week after week. Watching this group build, grow and improve has truly set the foundations for a successful season ahead. The girls have loved the challenge and genuinely appreciate your efforts.
We’d also like to recognise our Squad Sponsors Sonnex, Southern Steel Supplies & BE Financial/Caitlin Muhs Mortgage Broker, who have come on board for the first time this season. 📣 time has come to finalise all Uniform Orders for all of us to be ready for round one!
All orders - especially game day uniforms - need to be placed THIS WEEK.
Danni Gower, uniform coordinator, will be available tomorrow night (senior preseason) and Wednesday Night (come n try u11/U9) in our netball clubrooms.
For Juniors teams still in the middle of team selections, we do recommend getting your sizes recorded and ready to order no matter the outcome of teams. Better to be dressed and ready for the first game.
